We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Full Industry OS purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Low-cost templates are non-refundable due to their low price point and the immediate delivery of digital content. If you experience a technical issue accessing your low-cost template, contact us at legal@sectorops.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Free templates are provided at no cost and are therefore not eligible for any refund policy.
Email us at legal@sectorops.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your order number (found in your Gumroad confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–10 business days.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Only one refund may be issued per customer account. Refunds are not available for purchases that have been charged back or disputed through your payment provider.
