1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Full Industry OS purchases ($97 tier).
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Mini Templates
- Mini templates ($7 tier) are non-refundable due to their low price point and the immediate delivery of digital content.
- If you experience a technical issue accessing your mini template, contact us at support@sectorops.com and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Free Templates
- Free templates are provided at no cost and are therefore not eligible for any refund policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@sectorops.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'.
- Include your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy confirmation email) and the email address used at checkout.
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–10 business days.
5. Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Only one refund may be issued per customer account.
- Refunds are not available for purchases that have been charged back or disputed through your payment provider.
