By accessing or using SectorOps products or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use the Site or purchase our products. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

SectorOps is operated by a private individual based in the Republic of Turkey. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Turkey.

SectorOps sells digital Notion templates and operating system templates ('Products'). Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the Product for your internal business operations or personal use. The license covers unlimited use within your own organization.

All digital products, templates, systems, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of SectorOps. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, repackaging, reverse engineering, or reselling our templates, designs, or systems, in whole or in part. Unauthorized commercial distribution, public sharing, or reproduction will result in immediate legal action. You retain ownership of the data you input into our templates, but you may not claim authorship of the base template structure.

All products are priced in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor, Gumroad. We do not store or process your credit card information. Your transactions are subject to Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for any payment processing errors, security breaches, or issues arising from Gumroad's platform.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all full-priced products ($89 tier). Low-cost templates ($19 tier) are non-refundable due to their low price point. To request a refund, contact us at legal@sectorops.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Products are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Business results depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

SectorOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date on this page.
